SOAP superstar Joan Collins is divorcing her fourth husband Peter Holm on the grounds of "fraud", it was revealed last night.
The Dynasty beauty lodged the shock court papers in Los Angeles's superior court just 13 months after she wed the Swedish businessman.
Joan, 52, claims the couple can no longer live together because of "irreconcilable differences" and asks for the marriage to be declared null and void on the basis of "fraud".
There were no details of her allegations in the court papers and she was unavailable for comment. According to the four-page document, she and Holm separated six days ago.
The British actress married 38-year-old Holm in Las Vegas on November 6 last year.
Since then, she has said that she has put most of her financial and business dealings in his hands.
Joan was believed to be filming on the set of Dynasty yesterday. Holm's whereabouts were unknown.

The star's 84-year-old father, Joe Collins, hated Holm the second he set eyes on him - and has never changed his mind since.
He regarded the blond Swede as a moneydigger and made no bones about his dislike.
When The Sun told him of the divorce, he said "Call that bad news. I don't, I call that very good news myself.
"Its true that we never did get on. Everyone knows I thought Joan could have made a much better choice.
"You'd have thought she would realise it, too, after three marriages, wouldn't you?"
